Job Description:
- Work from instructions provided by the Methods Department, in the form of “Assembly Workbooks” and Visual Aids (VAs);
- Use templates and position components from PVA, Engineering Service drawings or any other materials provided by the Methods Department;
- Drill within prescribed tolerances, apply sealants and install required fasteners in accordance with engineering specifications;
- Respect the standard times prescribed by the Methods Department and comply with the quality standards in force;
- Respect health, safety and environmental standards;
- Ensure compliance with standards and production rates;
- Other related functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirement:
- T.S.D. Aerospace Structural Assembly or;
- D.C.S. in Airframe Assembly or equivalent with a few years of work experience or;
- Have successfully completed a structural fast-track training or;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assembler in the field of Aeronautics or a related field (such as aircraft structural assembly) obtained within the last 5 years;
AND;
- You demonstrate autonomy, initiative and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team;
- You have good communication skills;
